Counselling offers an opportunity to talk, to think, to reflect on issues that are affecting your life. It allows you the time to talk about feelings and problems in a safe and confidential place. Counselling allows you to talk about your concerns and your issues in a way that is often difficult even with close friends and family.
I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling & Psychotherapy (revised January 2013). This includes a respect for human rights and human dignity and a commitment to recognising human diversity, equality and inclusivity of treatment.
